"Ms. Pam and Mr. Paul came just in time when I thought I was stuck with a previous commissioned coordinator who never followed up, never texted and never made her presence felt --- roughly 4 months before our wedding. It was through one of my good friends who was up to wed on Nov 2011 that I got to know Pam Ragsag.

She sent me a text RSVP for my friends wedding and I just had to ask if they would be able to accommodate a January 2012 wedding.



To make the long story short, we met, at our “preferred time, location and day”. It matters so much for working-brides-to-be to have the benefit of setting the appointment. Pam came with her husband Paul that only showed the true value they gave marriage. The togetherness and support was endearing that it was so easy to erase qualms and lay down everything we planned and have in mind before them.



I was not able to pay on the first meeting (unlike the first “coordinator” who had our arm twisted to shell out for down payment) but unlike Ms. Pam, even without an agreement yet she already started working by communicating with me through text and email, giving me necessary documents and reminders. Which proves that was never about just the business, they love what they do and they do it really good. On the second meeting I already made sure that I won’t be taking any second chances and lose my January 2012 slot with her.



On the day of the wedding, I was able to just let everything go trust God, Pam and her team. I did not even know about the stress that was probably around at certain moments. Our location site was not the easiest place to hold a wedding and needless to say, to coordinate one but they managed to adjust and bring radio’s, do silent cueing, run around, go to the ceremony venue and reception venue—which is 10 min. away with difficult terrain, talk to numerous suppliers all at the same time, was not able to eat because of caterer booboo but still manage to deliver and wear a pleasant smile.



All throughout the preparations, I always kept in my heart God’s Promise of ALL the best for our wedding. Being best does not mean being perfect but being just the right thing you need at the right moment. I believe that Pam and her team was God’s Best for Voltaire and I. Most of our supplier’s were but we honestly would have not pulled off a beautiful wedding if it weren’t for her and her team.

Note to bride-to-be’s:
• Yes, Do not let your coordinator overpower what you want but learn to trust your coordinators, listen to what they have to say or suggest; your ideas aren’t always the best. There is wisdom from what they have to say.
• Be honest, and make them feel that they can be honest with you as well.
• Do your part, send in files they need, Coordination is a two-way thing, COUPLE should COORDINATE with the COORDINATOR and vise versa. And when I say COUPLE I mean you and your husband’s unanimous decision. Planning is the first project of Marriage after all. How can they do their job if you can’t do your part. Make TIME. The files that I sent to them also helped me when my files crashed just a few days before the wedding.
• Coordinators aren’t there to be referees to you and your husband or family members. They are hired hand to COORDINATE YOUR WEDDING not your Life.
• Learn to be flexible and let things go, the little details won’t really matter.
• Take Care of and Love your suppliers, relate to them as friends and not just “contractors” and expect them to show you the same courtesy you showed them (well, some might not be nice too but that’s ok—Let God handle them. )"

"We got Simple Joy's OTD coordination but they gave more than that.



Every now and them Pam will text us kamusta na ang preps and she'll also email some documents na makakatulong samin ng malaki para mapadali yun preps. She follows up with our suppliers every now and then para makuha yung final headcount for the crew meal and to make sure na alam nila yung call time nila.

On the day of our wedding wala kaming stress na naramdaman kasi after naman iturnover ung mga gamit sa kanila wala na kaming naging problema.



She assigned a personal assistant to me and sobrang prepared yung assistant, she has water bottle and skyflakes with her kaya nung bago magstart ang wedding pinakain nya muna ako kasi alam niyang di ako nakapaglunch.



Sobrang smooth ng wedding, from hotel to church to the reception area. Walang naging problema sa church kasi ang ayos ng ginawa nila Pam, hindi nya mahanap yung ibang offerors so kumausap sya ng ibang tao to do that para hindi mahassle yung ceremony.

Sa reception wala din naging problema kasi ayos na lahat pag dating namin dun. Hindi nainip ung mga tao kasi they made sure na may appetizers na and open na yung mobile bar, starbucks at photobooth.

At the end of the wedding, lahat ng sobra naibalik samin.

Walang kulang and well documented pa down to the single centavo nung petty cash.
