Full & Semi-Full Coordination
•The coordinator will help you with the conceptualization of the event, taking into consideration its technical, creative, financial and administrative/logistical aspects.

•The coordinator will help you with budget management and planning.

• The coordinator will source out needed supplies/suppliers for the event.

• The coordinator will present the top three best suppliers based on the client’s budget.

• The coordinator will assist the client in assessing, choosing and booking of desired suppliers.

• The coordinators will set-up appointments/meetings with desired suppliers.

• The coordinator will assist the client in making payments to contracted suppliers.

• The coordinator will ensure constant coordination and supervision of contracted suppliers.
• The coordinator will help with the management of the client’s schedule and deadlines that have to be attended to.
